If at any time you experience a quality issue with a Halfmoon product, regardless of the date of purchase, please contact us so we may exchange, refund or repair your product.

Wholesale Returns and Exchanges

Retail Returns and Exchanges

We offer the following options for returns or exchanges through Customer Service:

Returns
  • All unused items in their original packaging may be returned for a full refund up to 45 days from the date of purchase.
  • Final sale items, Joy-A-Toes, Warming Pillows, Eye Pillows and Media cannot be returned.
  • To arrange the return of your items, please contact Customer Service.
  • Halfmoon is unable to refund initial shipping fees paid or to cover shipping costs associated with returning products to our warehouse.
  • To ensure a full refund, please pack and seal your item securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Once Halfmoon receives and inspects the item, your original payment method will be refunded and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address on your account.
  • Please allow up to two weeks for processing.
  • Please note: If you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion or special pricing, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.
Exchanges
  • Final sale items, Joy-A-Toes, Warming Pillows, Eye Pillows and Media cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All other items that are unused and in their original packaging may be exchanged up to 45 days from the date of purchase.
  • To exchange your items, please follow the return policy above and order your new items online or contact Customer Service for an exchange.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please email Customer Service. We will work with you to find the best option for replacing or refunding your item.

Order Cancellations or Changes

To change or cancel your order please contact Customer Service. As long as your order has not shipped we will accommodate your request for changes or cancellations.
